Where Have All the Birds Gone? DOOL’s Brandon Barash Wants Answers. DOOL and GH alum Brandon Barash has a very important question for all you bird lovers out there! 🐦

Stefan DiMera hasn’t been seen in Salem on Days of our Lives for quite some time. Kidnapped by Vivian Alamain, the villainess made Gabi think he had dumped her and left town. But recently, several characters have mentioned his name a few times, giving fans a glimmer of hope that he might return soon. In real life, Brandon Barash has been busy touring with The Day Players Band, as well as sharing bits of his life with fans on social media, often combining humor with his personal updates. Recently, he shared a post that didn’t involve any soapy drama and instead dealt with a surprisingly dramatic mystery in his own backyard.

He Was ‘Vexed’

Barash uploaded a video to Instagram that introduced his fans to a new gadget in his yard — a high-tech birdhouse that doubles as a feeder and camera. But when no feathered friends arrived, he grew suspicious. “Help! Not a conspiracy theorist, but man, I’m vexed. Truly vexed. Migration? Geomagnetic shift? Who can explain this?!” he captioned it.

With crazy hair, Barash began in his video, “Hey, Bedhead Medusa here to talk to you about some very strange occurrence that is happening in my backyard right now…or not happening.” After pausing because of doggy doo doo, he continued by gushing about his new gift, a bird feeder that also has a camera where you can watch the birds on an app. However, he shared shocking news that, “There has not been one bird in my backyard in 24 hours, and you can hear there are no birds. There’s some sort of geomagnetic shift that sent all the birds away. I am vexed as a mother******.”

Fans Mixed Advice With Nostalgia

His wife, Isa Barash, hilariously commented, “You’ve lost your damn marbles, Barash.” The fan comments mixed humor with birding advice and called for Barash to return to Salem. One follower teased, “They went looking for Johnny Zacchara and Stefan Dimera!” Someone else offered practical advice: “It takes a while for them to find the food. They also like water nearby, so a birdbath might be next for you to try.” Others couldn’t resist poking fun, with comments like, “It’s Newton’s 4th law, actually. Similar to ‘a watched pot never boils.’”

Plenty of fans sympathized with Barash’s predicament, assuring him that patience would pay off. “Give it time, they will show up,” said one, while another insisted, “It took 2 weeks for me to get a bird and now they literally fight each other all damn day!!!” Others recommended seed upgrades or even apps to identify bird calls. And another added a personal touch, saying, “I just want you back on my TV…time for GH to bring Johnny back! ❤️” (Learn about Barash’s move to Nashville.)
