In teasers shared with the Mirror, Kit Green is hiding something and a mystery attack leaves him uneasy. Villain Jodie Ramsey also strikes again, continuing to target her sister Shona Platt.

Starting with Kit, the preview is from towards the end of the week, and news of an attack leaves him reeling. His colleague Lisa Swain hands him a police file, and explains someone was found injured and rushed to hospital.

She claims it’s an easy case and asks him to look into it, but when Kit opens the folder his face immediately drops. Trying not to make it obvious in front of Lisa, he looks away before appearing thoughtful.

It is clear he knows the victim and he’s uneasy about it, but what is it that’s left him so unnerved? More will be revealed onscreen very soon. Other spoilers do shed more light on what happens with this.

They state that after Kit recognises the name of the victim, he heads to the hospital to find out more about their injuries. It’s explained that they are in a critical condition, while there’s an arrest not long after.

At the end of the week, someone is left protesting their innocence, as a fuller picture is also revealed about someone’s recent run-in with the victim. Also next week, a preview reveals the moment Jodie strikes again.

As she and sister Shona attend a pamper day at the salon, Shona praises her husband David Platt to the women. Jodie appears annoyed if not jealous, and soon she has a plan.

We see her getting out of her seat, and focusing on Shona’s wedding ring that is on the table while Shona is getting her nails done. So does this prove she steals Shona’s ring, given it goes missing that same day?

Later, spoilers have confirmed that David returns home to find Jodie with her arm down the back of a chair. She tells David she’s found Shona’s ring and she needs his help retrieving it.

It’s clear she enjoys being close up to him, as the pair try to get the ring. But will David or Shona figure out what’s really going on?
