SHOCKING TRUTH REVEALED!! EastEnders fans ‘expose’ who really got shot and it’s bad news for Kat

Tuesday’s (2 September) episode of EastEnders was jam-packed with action. It featured Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) reluctantly reuniting with estranged mother Kat (Jessie Wallace) and the remaining Slaters, while Patrick and Yolande’s wedding celebration took place in the Queen Vic.

In typical EE fashion, the wedding bash descended into mayhem for particular residents, including Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), who was told by spouse Denise (Diane Parish) that she’d caught sight of Ravi (Aaron Thiara) burgling their property.

After leaving the celebration to tackle Ravi, Jack quickly discovered that Ravi was hunting for the firearm that Jack had previously seized from his nephew Oscar (Pierre Moullier).

Jack and Ravi ended up brawling, with matters turning violent in the heart of Albert Square. The duo tussled over the weapon, resulting in them inadvertently discharging the firearm, reports Plymouth Live.

What occurred afterwards remains unknown, though both Kat and Zoe were positioned outside the establishment when the gunshot rang out.

EastEnders viewers are now persuaded that Kat has fallen victim to the shooting, with one posting on X: “OMG IMAGINE IF KAT GOT SHOT,” whilst another declared: “Wait, no Kat better not have gotten shot.

“What if Kat got shot as she’s out in the street with Zoe,” one fan speculated, while another exclaimed: “So you’re telling me we’re not gonna know who was shot… UNTIL THURSDAY?! I’ve got to admit I think it’s Kat and that’s gonna be the reason Zoey sticks around.”

However, another Walford local had stepped outside just before the shooting occurred. Howie (Delroy Hugh Atkinson) had left the Queen Vic after abruptly ending his speech at the reception.

Some EastEnders fans believe this could signal a new twist in Howie’s current plot.

One viewer commented: “I just assumed Howie got shot cos he walked out of the Vic, I forgot to consider anyone else #eastenders.”

“What if Howie has been shot? We saw him leave the Vic before his speech,” another suggested, while a third predicted: “I think Howie is a dead man. #EastEnders.”
