EastEnders has exposed Zoe Slater’s sordid secret about her son, with Vicki Fowler discovering her major lie. Last month, Zoe told Sharon that father of the twins she gave birth to back in 2006 is none other than her former flame and Sharon’s late husband Dennis Rickman.
However, last week Kat grew fed up of her daughter’s deception and Zoe was forced to admit that she’d lied about Dennis being the dad.

Meanwhile, Vicki told Ian that Sharon was visiting Jada, as she wanted to get DNA from Denny’s daughter Alyssa.
Sharon has become obsessed with tracking down Dennis’ son, and therefore Denny’s half-brother. When Vicki explained the lengths that Sharon has gone to fund a private investigator, Ian offered to transfer her the money she needs.
That evening, Zoe and Anthony returned to The Vic having been unable to find the cat – but Kat revealed that it’s been behind the sofa all day.
Kat grew increasingly concerned about her daughter’s welfare and urged Zoe to tell Sharon the truth about her son’s paternity, but she refused.
As quiz night kicked off in the pub, Vicki asked Kat if she could give Zoe a message from Sharon, who has been bombarding her with texts out of excitement about the adopted child.
Kat found out that Sharon was returning from Birmingham with Denny’s daughter’s DNA, which would give her a much better chance of tracking down Zoe’s son.
Unable to cover up the truth any longer, Kat told Vicki that Zoe hadn’t been honest – to the complete horror of her daughter.
“Zoe has been lying to Sharon,” she revealed. “Dennis was never the father of her son, and Denny never had a half-brother.”
