EastEnders is set to reveal Nicola Mitchell’s big secret next week, as the drugs gang storyline escalates to even more dangerous levels following everything that has gone down this week.

The latest episodes have seen Harry Mitchell and Kojo Asare escape from Okie’s clutches, while Ravi Gulati was later arrested.

George Knight, who has been enjoying a fling with Nicola, discovered that she had known about Harry and Kojo being in the orbit of the drug-dealing gang and kept it quiet.

He’s already angrily confronted her about it, and will officially call things off with her in Thursday’s episode.

In next week’s scenes, Honey picks up on Nicola’s mood and she reveals her big secret.

As they talk about her situation, she gets a phone call and rushes to son Harry’s aid.

These scenes tie in with the storyline that will see Okie accidentally stabbed by Harry, who jumps in to defend Kojo.

Our EastEnders insider said: “The stabbing will have huge consequences, and not just for the unfortunate person who takes the blade.

“If people thought the repercussions of what had been happening at Kojo and Harry’s place were over, they would be very wrong indeed…”

Elsewhere next week, Nicola and Priya Nandra-Hart lock horns over Ravi’s involvement in the drug-running ring.

There’s plenty of other drama too, as Nigel Bates gets ready to face the music, and Vicki Fowler struggles to move forward after her attack.

In some lighter scenes, some of the women of Walford enjoy a night out, while Zoe actually impresses Alfie Moon at The Vic.
