Greg Vaughan is living his best life after his Days of Our Lives exit last fall. Although his relationship with Shanna Moakler went public earlier this year, they have been together longer. She shared an inside look at their adventures over the last year before the couple landed in Texas. The couple explored several places before finally settling into the place they call home.

With Los Angeles in the rearview mirror, Shanna Moakler shared her adventures with Greg Vaughan. The couple decided to ditch California and land in Texas last year.

Moakler shared a video in an Instagram reel highlighting her travels with Vaughan. The two stopped at various places while cruising in a “giant RV.”

The video clip showed Vaughan behind the wheel of the RV, the stops they made while traveling to Texas, and so much more. Moakler revealed they brought along three naked cats as they left California behind.

She also revealed that the couple was on the “DL” when they moved last year. Moakler didn’t elaborate on why, but she saved the adventures for when their relationship was public and could share with fans who follow the couple.

When Did Greg Vaughan Last Appear on DOOL?

While Eric Brady currently lives with Nicole and Jude as a family in Paris, he does make return trips to Salem. Most recently, he returned to say goodbye to John (Drake Hogestyn), who tragically died. He supported his mom, Marlena (Deidre Hall), and the rest of his family as they mourned the significant loss. Not only was it a time for the characters to mourn, but also for the actors. Hogestyn was important to many outside of his role as John, and it was apparent as the scenes played out in May and June 2025.

Plus, DOOL will celebrate its 60th anniversary in November. Several cast members are set to return, including Eric and his sister Sami (Alison Sweeney).
