HELEN Flanagan has laid bare her struggles with an “up and down” Christmas period without her kids amid her feud with baby-daddy Scott Sinclair.
The former Coronation Street actress, 35, took to her Instagram page to give an insight into her state of mind after her swipes at the former footballer over his parenting choices.
Recently, Helen branded her ex a “piece of s**t” as he lived it up in Abu Dhabi, rather than attending their son’s nativity play.
Yet putting the drama to one side, she posed in a pink halterneck top as she stretched back on a chair, looking up towards the ceiling.
In her frank caption Helen, who is starring as the Wicked Queen in Liverpool’s Snow White panto through the festive season, posted: “Been a bit up and down mood wise the past few days.
“So not really been on my social so thought we could have a catch up.”

She then posted a throwback snap to last year’s festivities with her three children Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, four.
Helen split from her ex-fiancé in 2022 after 13 years together.
She added the words: “I struggled with the kids going for Christmas a few days before they went.
“I know it’s just a day.
“They went on the 22nd and I don’t get them back until I finish panto.”
Referring to the snap, she added: “This was last year at my mum’s.

The beloved British soap has been captivating audiences for decades.
“How dare you not turn up to Charlie’s nativity.”
Scott, 36, had posted snaps from his weekend in the United Arab Emirates where he watched Lando Norris secure his maiden Drivers’ Championship title.
“What a weekend-Abu Dhabi F1,” Scott wrote.
He added: “Happy Days, blurry nights..”
Meanwhile Helen posted a snap of her cuddling their son, writing: “Loved Charlie’s nativity. My star, my heartbeat.”
She recently hinted at trouble “co-parenting” with Scott, telling The Sun: “He lives like Somerset and I live in Lancashire. So we live so far away from each other, which is really difficult when you’ve got three young children.
“I hate calling it co-parenting because I don’t really feel like a co-parent to be honest with you anyway.”
She has been distracting herself from her family difficulties by posting a series of sizzling snaps donning festive attire.
The soap star also put on a cheeky display as she donned a plunging bra, thong and suspender stockings.
MUM GUILT
Back in 2023, she told of the heartbreaking reason she was spending Christmas without her kids for the first time.
That year, she told how they would be spending December 25 with Scott and their nanna in Bath – 190 miles from her home in Bolton.
She said: “My children really miss their daddy and they’re very close to their nanna, so they’re going to spend Christmas with them. I won’t have them for about four days.

However, Helen still had festive fun as she took the children, and her friends, to Bali to ring in the New Year.
