NEW HEARBREAKING!!! EastEnders’ Anthony marks tragic milestone in concerning Christmas scenes

EastEnders‘ Anthony Trueman is set to mark a tragic milestone in concerning upcoming scenes. The character will spark concern this Christmas over his strange behaviour. Viewers recently found out that his ex-wife Sophie has taken a restraining order out against him, meaning he can’t see his kids. The family has also learnt the news.

In new scenes set to air on Monday, 22 December and Wednesday, 24 December, Anthony continues to cause concern at home.

Walford is later in high spirits on the day of Yolande’s carol service, and realising it’s his first Christmas away from his wife and kids, Patrick and Chelsea try to get Anthony involved. However, he makes it clear he is not in a festive mood.

Our EastEnders insider previously teased: “The Truemans start to focus in on Anthony. It goes without saying that they’re one wise bunch, particularly when it comes to their own flesh and blood.

“In Patrick’s case, he’s already contacted Anthony’s ex-wife, Sophie, so we know for sure that he’s not one to turn a blind eye when it comes to his son’s personal business.

“Plus, Chelsea and Yolande have a strong track record when it comes to sussing things out, so Anthony should tread carefully if he’d rather not draw attention to himself…”

It comes amid speculation that Anthony could be behind the threats to Zoe,

The storyline is set to come to a head on Christmas Day with an incident at The Vic, with police called to the scene.

“Sensing her daughter’s anxious mood, Kat clears the punters from the pub, wanting to protect Zoe from whoever is targeting her,” our insider added. “Then events take a catastrophic turn – it’s far from a silent night as Christmas Day ends!”
