HAPPY EMMER AFTER? When is Emmerdale on this week? ITV schedule changes as soap moved
FANS of Emmerdale will know that episodes have been available to stream at 7.00am on YouTube and ITVX.
Recently, Emmerdale has teamed up with Coronation Street to bring soap fans an extravaganza.

On their scheduled days, Emmerdale has been airing at 8.00pm followed immediately by Coronation Street at 8.30pm in the new Soap Power Hour on ITV 1.
However, this week there is a shake up for Emmerdale and Corrie.
When is Emmerdale on this week?
This week, Emmerdale will be airing at 8pm on Monday 2 February, Wednesday February 4 and Friday February 6.
If you are a fan of the show you will notice that there is no Tuesday or Thursday episode, like normal.
This is because the Carabao Cup Live match between Arsenal and Chelsea scheduling has taken precedent and will be airing in Emmerdale’s place.
On Thursday, too, there will be no episode.
This is because the Six Nations match will be airing instead.

It is the same for Coronation Street which will be following on from Emmerdale on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – similarly without the Tuesday and Thursday episodes.

Fans have been left fuming from these changes, taking to social media to share in their upset.
One wrote: “I remember the times we used to get episodes moved to other times because of the football (even last year), but now it seems like the new standard is simply no episode at all on the football/sports days.”
A second said: “This is so painful. There are very few shows that I like to watch but they keep being shunted.”
Another added: “This is stupid. So they already cut all the extra episodes going from 6 to 5 per week.
“Now every other week it seems they lose another episode. So in 2026 how many fewer episodes will there really be compared to 2025?”
Can I watch Emmerdale on ITV X this week?
The Tuesday and Thursday episodes will not be on ITV X as they are only on there from 7am on a day when the episode is airing on TV.
However the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday shows will be broadcast on the streaming platform from 7am.
The same goes for Coronation Street.
You won’t want to miss either of the upcoming soaps.
There is another crossover for Corrie and Emmerdale in the form of Steve Evet.
