  • Sophia’s emotional breakdown stuns Salem after a brutal truth-telling confrontation.

Lie Exposed

It looks like Xander (Paul Telfer, who recently won a Daytime Emmy) and Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) happy reconciliation is about to get blown out of the water. “He’s been lying to you,” Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) tells her daughter.

Xander stumbles to find the right words to explain himself. “Sarah, I…” his voice trails off. “Tell me that you didn’t attack Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier),” implores Sarah.

“I can’t tell you that,” confesses Xander sheepishly. Sarah explodes and takes off her wedding ring. “Get out of this house,” she demands.

Emotion and Confrontation

The Days of our Lives video preview for the week of October 20-24, 2025.

It looks like Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) can’t control his emotions where Jeremy (Michael Roark) is concerned, specifically how they relate to his girlfriend, Stephanie (Abigail Klein). Alex and Stephanie are in Horton Square when Alex spies Jeremy in the distance.

“You’ve got some nerve, Horton,” taunts Alex. “Excuse me,” responds Jeremy. “You know what you did,” accuses Alex.

Stephanie attempts to break things up before they get out of hand. “Alex, he’s not worth it,” she says, holding her beau back.

Truth Time

Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Steve (Stephen Nichols, who recently crossed paths with some unexpected feathered friends) arrive at the pub with Sophia (Rachel Boyd), and there are a few Salemites there to confront her, including her mother, Amy (Shi Ne Nielson), Tate (Leo Howard), and Holly (Ashley Puzemis). They all want to know the truth about her baby’s paternity.

“Is it true Tate’s not the father?” asks Holly. “Admit it.”

“Why wouldn’t you just tell me?” adds Tate. Meanwhile, Brady chimes in, “You’ve been lying to my son.”

Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) are on hand, too. “We just want you to tell us the truth,” says Chanel.

Breaking Down

Sophia, who’s overcome with emotion, starts to lose it. “Please… I can’t. I can’t,” she cries out. Brady catches her as she collapses to the floor. “Sophia,” calls out Tate.

Fortunately, Javi (Al Calderon) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) end up at the scene, and Javi, who’s a paramedic, rushes to tend to Sophia. “Sophia, can you hear me?” he asks.

Later, at the hospital, Sophia’s family and friends receive some concerning news. “It seems Sophia has suffered a psychological break,” reveals Sarah. Amy embraces her daughter, who simply stares off into space.
