Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, October 29, introduce Abe to a man he can’t help but find familiar, while Stephanie is sure Jeremy used a familiar love scene to expose her literary persona.

Abe (James Reynolds) finally meets the young man he’s supposed to tutor in reading. Liam is being played by Hank Northrop, son of the late Wayne Northrop, who was the original Roman (now played by Josh Taylor). Roman and Abe first popped up in Salem as police partners protecting Marlena (Deidre Hall) from The Salem Strangler.

So we do wonder what Abe will see when he looks at Liam. Though we know what Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) will see. The guy who bullied him in high school. Theo will likely advise his dad on what to do about the situation, just as he felt comfortable telling Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Jada (Elia Cantu) what to do about JJ (Casey Moss). He’s not even the CEO of DiMera Enterprises yet, and he already thinks he’s infallible.

Stephanie’s Guys Before Alex

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) admitted to Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) recognized one of their past encounters in the erotic book Stephanie wrote, and so did Jeremy (Michael Roark). Nonetheless, Stephanie decided Jeremy is the one who outed her to Leo (Greg Rikaart). And so she goes to yell at him about it.

Since Jeremy doesn’t know what she’s talking about, Jeremy tells Stephanie he doesn’t know what she’s talking about. And it never crosses Stephanie’s mind that it could have been someone else. Besides Jeremy and Philip, how many other exes did she write about?

Discomfort Dismay

Steve (Stephen Nichols) really enjoyed “One Stormy Night.” He even shared the passages he liked most with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). But that was before he knew his “Little Sweetness” baby girl was the author. Now he feels kind of icky. And doesn’t want to hear from Kayla about why he shouldn’t.
