All of Salem was suspicious when EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) up and bought University Hospital, and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) have wasted no time in blaming everything that goes wrong on their new boss. (Ignoring all the lab mix-ups that have taken place there from before EJ was even born.)

Misery Loves Company

For a while there, Rachel (Alice Halsey) didn’t react to Sarah the way she had to every other woman in Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) life. By which we mean she didn’t try to run her off. Or kill her. So, you know, progress.

But those halcyon days appear to be over, now that Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) has allegedly escaped from prison (we know she’s being held prisoner, but Salem doesn’t), all bets are off. Rachel needs to blame someone for her feeling bad, and Brady and Sarah are right there. So, away we go!

Reach Out and Touch Somebody’s Hand

As far as Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) are concerned, Sophia (Rachel Boyd) is out of sight and out of mind. Sure, they were worried about her health when they needed her to wake up and clear Johnny’s name by confessing that she faked him and Holly (Ashley Puzemis) texting.

But now that they’ve got their hands on Baby Trey, they really don’t care what’s going on with his biological mother.
