As General Hospital Slams the Prison Door Shut On Willow, Katelyn MacMullen Ponders Her Character’s Faint Hopes and Uncertain Future
Is there anything that General Hospital hasn’t thrown at Willow at this point? She’s been in a cult. Her firstborn died. Her boyfriend pretended to be cheating on her so she’d marry someone else… on whom she then cheated. Her new lover secretly had a fling with her mother. And now she’s cooling her heels in Pentonville for a crime that she insists she didn’t commit.
Is There Any Hope for Willow?
Most hope may be lost… but not all. On one hand, Willow has a new attorney in Alexis — and considering the many years she kept mobster Sonny out of jail, she is not to be underestimated.

On the other hand, when Nina recanted her testimony, thereby flushing Willow’s alibi down the toilet and making her look extra guilty, she tearfully swore that she had a plan. What is it? That, we don’t yet know.
We do have some faith, however, in Nina’s ability to pull off miracles. She’s rich and powerful and doesn’t hesitate to bend the rules till they break when need be.
