Days of our Lives The Rinse: Sophia Strikes Back Against Johnny and Chanel

On the Thursday, September 25 episode of Days of Our Lives, Sophia continued with her plan to make sure that Chanel and Johnny don’t get to adopt her baby. She has a very good reason to feel that way. And, we hope, a very good plan to make them miserable.

No Backsies

Sophia (Rachel Boyd) made it clear from the start that she didn’t want to be a mom. She had big plans for her future, and they didn’t include a baby. Since Tate (Leo Howard) felt the same way, they made plans to give their child up for adoption. Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) were all set to parent the tyke when Johnny had a meltdown and pulled the plug on the whole thing.

As a result, Sophia was thrown into a panic when she gave birth early. Convinced that with no adoptive parents on the horizon, her mother would make Sophia keep her son, she left him at a fire station and commenced on a series of lies that Tate and Brady (Eric Martsolf) have grown very suspicious of.

What I Want, What I Really, Really Want

Sophia, Johnny, and Holly are featured in the Thursday, September 25 episode of Days of Our Lives.

But then Johnny changed his mind. He’s rich; he expects he can do that at the snap of a finger. So Chanel decided she wanted the fire station baby. Who cares that other people were on the adoption waiting list ahead of them? Her mama is the mayor! Gimme! Chanel is also rich. And connected. So now it looks like Chanel and Johnny will get baby Tesoro. Not if Sophia has anything to say about it!

Bad Blood

Chanel and Johnny haven’t been approved by a social worker yet. Could Sophia do something to make it look like they’re unfit parents? Could she set it up so that Chanel leaves the oven on and accidentally burns down her bakery? Not a good look for a prospective mommy? Or, now that she’s in Johnny’s film class, could Sophia frame Johnny for an inappropriate relationship with a student? Like, say… Holly (Ashley Puzemis)? That would kill two birds with one stone. Go for it, Sophia!
