Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon took to her Instagram as she thanked co-star Jack P Shepherd for inviting her to his wedding at Manchester Cathedral.

On Saturday 26th July, Jack pulled up outside of the cathedral in a vintage red Mustang. His son, Reuben, stood right by his side as the father and son duo wore matching suits, bow-ties and sunglasses to finish the look.

He was joined by co-stars Colson Smith and Ben Price as his groomsmen, not to mention most of Weatherfield making their way down to the ceremony.

Helen Worth was seen walking up to the cathedral hand in hand with husband Trevor Dawson. The actress left the ITV soap recently after 50 years of playing Gail Platt

After the ceremony, Jack and Hanni stepped outside of the venue for the first time as husband and wife.

The newlyweds were beaming from ear to ear as they were surrounded by their loved ones – and a lot of white confetti.

They shared several kisses before getting into their wedding car and driving off to the reception where they were joined by many of Jack’s co-stars who documented the events on their social medi

Samia attended the wedding with her husband, Sylvain. Taking to her Instagram, Samia wrote: “What a wonderful day/night celebrating @jackpshepherd88 @hannitreweek wedding!

“Thanks for letting us share your most special day guys, we are so happy for you both #gorgeouscouple Thanks to @alantoner for the last pic… I had to get a better look at the fab first dance while the band played an epic song!”

The carousel of snaps include herself and Sylvain outside the ceremony, as well as inside the stunning cathedral.

The final picture showed Samia sat on top of her husband’s shoulders to catch a better glimpse at Jack and Hanni’s first dance.

Actress Sally Dynevor also attended the wedding, and commented: “Love the picture of you on Syls shoulders it’s fabulous. What a perfect day xx” as Andy Whyment added: “What a lovely day it was xxx”.

Other co-stars that swapped the cobbles for the big day, included Mikey North, Georgia Taylor, Jane Danson, Lucy Fallon, Tina O’Brien, and Jack’s on-screen wife Julia Goulding.
