EXIT UNRAVELLED Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ Victoria Sugden actress Isabel Hodgins’ exit plot after spotting clue hidden in snap
EAGLE-EYED soap fans are convinced they’ve worked out Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgin’s exit plot.
The actress, who plays Victoria Sugden, recently revealed she’s relieved to be leaving the show as she prepares to become a mum for the first time in real life.

Isabel, 32, has played Victoria for nearly 20 years after joining at the age of 12.
The star has already filmed her dramatic exit scenes, which are set to air on Thursday.
And fans are already sure they know exactly how the famous soap will play out.
Ever since the Corriedale special Victoria has been caught up in the most gripping of plots.

She has been wracked with guilt knowing she murdered her half-brother, John Sugden.
Even though a formal suicide verdict has now been delivered, Victoria knows deep down she killed him.
To make matters worse, Joe Tate has also been blackmailing both her and her other half-brother, Robert Sugden, as he has video footage confirming this.
So how will it end for Victoria? Could we see her turn herself in?

Well now fans have spotted a subtle clue in the preview for Thursday’s instalment and they’re sure Victoria goes free.
One fan said: “From the last pic it looks like she leaves in a taxi rather than a police car.

“So she probably doesn’t turn herself in. It’s also an open-ended exit, the actress has been given the option to return whenever she wants.“
Isabel, who discovered she was pregnant shortly after tying the knot with Adam, a teacher, in April 2025, admits she can’t wait to embrace her own next chapter.
“Emmerdale is all I have ever known. But pregnancy does funny things to you and the truth is I felt ready not to have to film on Emmerdale!
“I live in Manchester and I’ve been driving over to Leeds to film. By the end, I felt exhausted and I knew it was time to have a rest before the baby arrives.”
While Isabel hasn’t confirmed if she will definitely return to the soap after her maternity leave she has praised the show bosses for giving her an open-ended return.
She said: “They told me it was up to me when I come back to the soap, which is lovely.”
