SHOCKING TRUTH REVEALED!! Will’s outburst in Coronation Street spoiler video leads to a revelation for Daniel
Will Driscoll’s (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) hair-trigger temper in Coronation Street is understandable.
He’s been groomed for years and sexually abused by his evil paedophile sports coach, Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon), who’s incredibly potent powers of manipulation have kept him off-kilter and deeply distressed.
He viciously attacked Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), Megan’s ‘boyfriend’ on Christmas Day, though his grandma, Maggie Driscoll (Pauline McLynn) went to great lengths to cover up the crime, including framing a homeless man. Though he framed it to Maggie as anger over an exam result, the truth is that Daniel’s closeness to Megan was behind Will’s violence.
With a pregnancy and the revelation that Megan had another victim, poor Will’s head is mashed, and another temper flare looks as though it could blow his secret battering of Daniel wide open.

With Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) like a dog with a bone in his conviction that Megan and Will are having an inappropriate relationship, Megan has been forced to become somewhat of a firefighter.
Having to think on her feet, Megan, a predator through and through, deduces that Sam’s academic prowess may function as both his biggest strength and his Achilles heel, and she sets about sabotaging him.
With Sam vanquished, Megan thinks she’s back in control, though another inferno is about to explode, this time surrounding Daniel and Will’s attack.

When Daniel meets the man who Maggie framed and was ultimately jailed for his attack as part of a restorative justice program, he’s absolutely flummoxed when he realises that he wasn’t the attacker.
Taking to the Rover’s with brother Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson), Daniel is privy to a conversation between Will and his step mum, Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley).
With Will apologising for smashing Susie’s (Aurora Bradshaw) tablet, Eva forgives him but gently presses him about his temper. As he promises to try and keep it under control, Adam playfully prods Eva about her having to deal with a hormonal teenage boy.
As Eva confirms that, despite Will’s soft exterior, his temper can be terrifying, Daniel is triggered, his eyes burning a hole in Will’s back.
