✨ THE POST-SOAP GLOW-UP: CHARLOTTE JORDAN REVEALS A “SHATTERING” NEW LOOK AFTER CORRIE EXIT! 💄
Former Coronation Street star Charlotte Jordan has shared an unexpected new look on social media. The actor famously played the role of Daisy Midgeley on the cobbles for five years before departing in 2025.
In the wake of her exit, the star has now taken to Instagram to unveil a fresh look, showcasing a shorter hairstyle in a series of snaps taken on the street.
“Firstly — are we all agreed leopard print is a neutral?” she wrote in the caption. “And secondly… am I keeping or growing out the bob? I change my mind approx every three working days…”
Charlotte has since received praise in the comments, on-screen stepmum Sally Ann Matthews (Jenny Bradley) writing: “Cuuuuute x.”
“It’s growing on ya,” added Jack P Shepherd (David Platt), while another follower shared: “The bob looks so chic!”

Since her departure, Charlotte has landed a role in the BBC’s The Hairdresser Mysteries with Sally Phillips and voiced a brief role in long-running radio soap The Archers, explaining last year that she saw her Corrie departure as “a fresh start”.
“I feel like I’ve done a lot of soapy things,” she told This Morning. “I’ve done the checklist. They have been really good to me and it just feels like time for a new beginning.”
However, when pressed on a potential return to the role of Daisy in the future, Charlotte said: “They’ve been really good to me. Yeah. When I sort of said, ‘I think it’s time for me to go’, I was fully prepared for them to sort of run me over.”

Speaking further about her “bittersweet” exit, the actor said she was “really grateful” for her time on the show and the people she has worked with.
“Producer Kate [Brooks] has been so supportive about me wanting to go back out into the audition circuit and very generous with Daisy’s exit story, as she really wanted to do the character justice,” she added. “Coronation Street is a very special building, and I have loved it. And it’s just goodbye for now, not goodbye forever.”
