Emmerdale fans have predicted a major twist in the growing mystery of who killed Ray.

In tonight and yesterday’s episode of the ITV soap, viewers have been shown a series of flashbacks leading up to the death of criminal Ray Walters – which happened earlier this month. In tonight’s episode, Paddy Kirk confronted Ray over his criminal activity which included exploiting Paddy’s dad Bear as a modern day slave.

Brazen, Ray thundered back at Paddy that his partner in crime Celia Daniels had killed Bear – and suggested it was a slow and painful death. However, viewers have been quick to point out the exact nature of Bear’s death or his body were never shown to the audience.

Taking to X, @Claudettestea said: “I have said it since the start and I ain’t falling at the final hurdle Bear killed Ray! Why would they not show us Bear’s death, why would they have Ray just look at him and not check!? Everyone will see I’m right tomorrow.”
