MORE TO COME? Emmerdale fans convinced a second crossover episode will air this year after spotting major clue
SOAP fans are convinced there could be another Corriedale crossover later this year after spotting a huge clue.
Both Emmerdale and Coronation Street came together this week for an epic soap first which saw the residents involved in a multiple vehicle pile-up.

A number of characters were shown to interact with one another as well as other potential long-term ties hinted at.
One of these involved mysterious newcomer Jodie, played by Olivia Frances-Brown.
She made her debut during Corriedale when she was seen tied up in the back of a van driven by someone in a balaclava.
It later transpired that this mystery man was Emmerdale’s Graham Foster who had returned from the dead after six years away.

But whilst some fans might have expected to see Jodie join Emmerdale – she is actually a Coronation Street character going forward.
She was teased to have a connection to Shona Platt with both ladies sharing an almost identical tattoo.
However, it has been speculated that another crossover episode will occur to explain Jodie’s link to Graham and how she ended up being taken by him.
Fans will also be aiming to learn just what Graham is involved with and why he was holding Jodie captive.
Writing online about Jodie’s show debut, one fan said: “Does this mean we’re gonna get more characters crossing over later this year as Graham is involved in her story?”
The crossover show drama centred on a huge car pile-up during the hour-long special, with Corrie vicar Billy Mayhew and Dales serial killer John Sugden both meeting their makers in shocking scenes.

Following the success of the unique episode, which saw soap fans go wild for the drama, ITV has also dropped a telling hint there could be more by virtue of a show trademark.
According to the Intellectual Property Office, a trademark for the black and white Corriedale logo was filed by ITV’s London office on December 17.
The trademark application was then published on January 2.
The protection covers a host of areas including sound and video recordings and downloads, recorded television programmes and downloadable media content.
It also spans to bags, wallets, tote bags and umbrellas as well as items of homeware and crockery.
Additionally, it encompasses provision of computer games, entertainment via podcast and books and magazines, to name a few.
