Next week on Coronation Street, Ben and Eva are thrown into panic when Ben’s son goes missing. Elsewhere, Carla and Lisa’s wedding is put on hold as Becky causes a rift between them, while Carl schemes to get Debbie out of the hotel.

1. Ben’s son goes missing

Eva, Ben and Maggie prepare for the arrival of Ben’s son Will. The family are panicked to learn from Ollie that Will wasn’t at the train station as planned and isn’t answering his phone.

Maggie makes a dig at Eva by pointing out that Will never wanted to move and has probably decided to stay in Hull.

Meanwhile, David chooses the worst possible moment to get his own back on Ben following their recent feud. How will Ben react?

2. Will enlists Lily’s help

Ben sets off to Hull in search of Will but is unable to find his son.

With no other leads, Ben and Eva call the police. As the police officers arrive at The Rovers, Will keeps watch from across the street.

Will stumbles upon Lily and offers her £20 to grab his passport from the pub. Lily heads inside but reveals all about Will’s request to Ben and Eva.

3. Ben and Eva demand answers

The family are relieved when Will enters The Rovers accompanied by Megan, his athletics coach from Hull.

Megan explains that she found Will sleeping in the changing rooms and drove him straight back to his family. Will confesses that he wanted to stay in Hull with his mates, but Ben is unconvinced.

Having discovered a love note in Will’s belongings, and after the attempt at stealing his passport, Ben reckons Will is hiding the truth.

4. Will finds a friend in Liam

Will meets Liam on his first day at Weatherfield High and realises that the two are neighbours.

Liam is quickly persuaded to ditch school with Will, and the pair hide in The Rovers’ back room.

Will confides to Liam about his girlfriend in Hull, and the pair share a beer but are caught red-handed by Maggie.

5. Becky gets under Carla’s skin

Carla suggests to Lisa that Becky intends to destroy their relationship so she can get Lisa back. Lisa tries to reassure Carla that it isn’t the case but Carla is sceptical.

Carla summons a meeting with Becky and makes it clear that Becky will play no part in Lisa’s future.

Undeterred, Becky insists that Lisa still loves her. How will Carla react?

6. Lisa gives Carla bad news about the wedding

Betsy tries to play peacemaker by suggesting that Carla talks Lisa into a family holiday in Spain with Becky.

Meanwhile, Lisa is informed by Costello that any future wedding could see Lisa charged with bigamy and insists that she force Becky to go back to playing dead.

When Lisa breaks the news to Carla, she lashes out and accuses Lisa of keeping her options open.

7. Becky is threatened

Lisa confides to Betsy about her argument with Carla. She is taken aback when Betsy questions if she still has feelings for Becky. Just as Becky’s plot to reclaim her family looks like it may be working, Costello tells her that he’s booked her flight back to Spain.

Costello warns Becky that if she refuses to go quietly, he’ll have her killed like he did to Tia Wardley.

8. Carl is given an opportunity

Carl is delighted when Debbie reveals she’d like him to be more involved in the running of the hotel, but she’ll continue to look after the finances.

Later, Carl tells Debbie she should take a holiday and enjoy her success. Debbie considers booking an impromptu getaway but is soon distracted, leaving Carl with her phone…

9. Debbie is upset over her blunder

Debbie is stunned to see an email confirming her holiday and has no memory of completing the booking. Worse still, Carl points out that the trip is non-refundable.

Debbie beats herself up over the mistake, but Ronnie assures her a trip is just what they need.

As Debbie gets stuck into holiday plans, Carl asks for access to the hotel bank account so he can pay the bills in her absence.

10. Tracy schemes against Cassie

Tracy takes the delivery of a box of wine for Ken and is irritated to see it’s a gift from Cassie.

Meanwhile, Cassie starts her first shift on the switch, but Tracy calls at the office to give her an earful and accuses her of sucking up to Ken. When Cassie’s back is turned, Tracy unplugs the switchboard.

11. Cassie gets revenge

After their latest altercation, Tracy invites Cassie to end their feud.

However, when Cassie realises that Tracy wants her to persuade Steve to withdraw his claim on the florists, she’s unimpressed.

Later, Cassie discovers Tracy asleep after drinking one of the bottles of wine and decides to get payback.

12. Tyrone makes a shocking discovery

Ruby tells Tyrone and Fiz that she’s getting teased for having a “cringy and clapped” mobile phone. When Tyrone tells her they can’t afford a new one, it’s clear Ruby is frustrated.

Hope arrives home from school and shows Tyrone the latest message she’s received from her cyberbully. When Tyrone reads the insult, he’s horrified to see Ruby’s earlier choice of words on the screen.

13. David’s surprise doesn’t go to plan

David makes out to Shona that he’s bought some tins of beer to celebrate their anniversary but later reveals he’s actually booked a table at the Bistro.

When the couple arrive, David realises he’s booked a table for the wrong evening and the couple are forced to share a dinner table with Sarah and Kit.

14. Glenda encourages George

With George’s relationship with Christina developing in recent weeks, Glenda urges her brother to make it official with Christina as he deserves some fun.

15. Dev visits Asha

Dev steels himself to visit Asha in the mental health unit following her decision to seek treatment for her recent mental health struggles.
