SHOCKING TRUTH REVEALED!! EastEnders to reveal whether Greg is dead as Zoe takes action
EastEnders‘ Zoe Slater confides in Stacey about her violent past next week, before they head out on a high-stakes mission to uncover whether Greg, the man that attacked her, is still alive.
At the Slater house, Zoe admits to Stacey that she and Greg had a physical fight on the fateful day that she visited his flat.

But not only that, Zoe also confesses that she thinks he’s dead as a result of their struggle…
“Stacey is shocked, but demands that they take action,” explains our EastEnders spy. “She knows that Zoe is living in limbo as to whether or not she’s killed this man.
“Zoe agrees to go along with it, and the two of them stake out Greg’s place. If Greg is alive and breathing, it’s terrifying to think how he could react to them turning up. But on the other hand, if he’s dead, then Zoe has even more torment to deal with…”
The week kicks off with Zoe returning to Walford on crutches as she continues to recover from her gunshot wound. Understandably, Zoe still feels shaken, although the police insist that she wasn’t specifically targeted.
Sympathetic, the Slater family welcomes their loved one back into the fold, but Zoe quickly feels overwhelmed and rushes out of the house.
Soon after, Vicki Fowler spots Zoe at the café and confronts her about her late dad, Den. Given that Zoe was the one who hit Den over the head before his murder, it should be no surprise that relations quickly turn sour.
“Kathy and Anthony are forced to intervene,” our source continues. “But as EastEnders fans know, Zoe and Vicki aren’t ones to back down.
“Zack also spies the confrontation and gets involved, but ultimately all efforts to make peace are pointless. After Zoe leaves the caff, Vicki follows her into The Albert, where the argument rages on.”
Later, Zoe joins her family at The Vic, which allows her to finally let her hair down. That said, Zoe’s mood suddenly takes a turn when she sees that an article has been written about the shooting because Freddie Slater and Mo Harris shared details about it online.
Petrified, Zoe realises that she could be now in serious danger. As a result, she heads outside to leave a message for a mysterious figure from her past. Could she be calling ex-lover Max Branning for help, or is it someone else she’s trying to reach?
While Kat and Anthony Trueman try to put Zoe’s mind at ease, she continues to feel increasingly fearful for her safety.
In fact, Zoe becomes so worked up that she begins to pack her bags on the basis that she is putting her loved ones in danger by hanging around. However, Stacey jumps in and pleads with her cousin to stay in Walford rather than abandon her family again.
Afterwards, Stacey learns all about Greg and instinctively turns to Jack Branning for help. However, he’s dealing with his own issues – and still feels guilty about the shooting – so Jack refuses to get involved in Zoe’s messy ordeal.
As Stacey and Zoe take matters into their own hands, will they find out what really happened to Greg? And if so, does Zoe have blood on her hands yet again?
